If you want to stay in a very intimate place, at only steps from the cultural, artistic and tourist movement of Miraflores, at a walking distance from restaurants, shops and supermarkets, this apartment is your best choice. Located in a quiet street of Miraflores Center, the Apartment has a nice living and dining room, with furniture of rustic style (in leather and wood).The living room has heater, LCD television with CATV (with more than 80 channels), and a DVD/CD/USB player to enjoy your videos or favorite music.

The kitchen has a little breakfast table, and it's equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, blender, bread toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, citrus juicer. Included are complete sets of pots, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. You will have all you need so that you and your guests will sit to enjoy the dinner.

It has two bedrooms: the main one with its own private bathroom, wireless telephone and Queen Size bed, and the second one with a single bed. Both bedrooms have wide closets and bedside tables, and a complete set of linens and towels.

The main bathroom is between both bedrooms. Also we can accommodate, at request, an extra mini-bedroom ( for child) with a small private bathroom. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, drying machine, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning tools. The apartment has Wireless Internet, so feel free to bring your laptop, notebook or PDA and surf the web anytime you like. Basic utilities and phone service for unlimited incoming calls are also included.

The building has its own parking inside the building and a 24/7 building receptionist.
